Venue: Auditorium Hall, Time Program= 3- 3.15 Welcome of Guest,Principal & HODs 3.15-3.30pm Prayer , Deep Prajvalan 3.30 – 4.45 sharing of memories about collage and Dept 4:45 - 5:00, 5:00-5:30pm best wishes by faculties  5.30-5.40pm Speech by HOD 5.40 – 5: 50pm Speech by Principal, 5.50 – 6:30 Vote of thanks, Funny Games And refreshment .
About Program:
            On 18/04/2019 (Thursday), students in EXTC Dept organized an annual farewell party for their friends who left when the term ended. The farewell was hosted by T.E EXTC students from who pulled in their resources to make the party a success. Mr.M.M Bhagwat, the principal, and all the staff members were invited to the seminar hall where plates of delicious desserts and gifts were laid out for all
Although the party carried a tinge of sadness, total 57 B.E EXTC students had fun as they enjoyed every moment with their best buddies. To start off the festivities, a group of talented students sang their way onto the stage as the audience whooped and clapped. Then T.E EXTC students give thanks to B.E EXTC students for attending program.
To add some fun to the farewell party, students were also given chance to show their dancing and singing skills when the party ended, everyone was reluctant to leave. After all, for many students, this would be their last official function in college before the term ends. Farewell was ended with thanks giving and all the best for future!
